Can someone tell us more about adjudicator program. First of all what is required of us, like how often we must run demos, how long does a demo take, and is there anything else we might be required to do. Also can you describe the benefits in greater detail, for example what are the product points exactly.

Hello. As Tony mentioned, I just officially took over the program on 17 September. Since then I've been working on creating a database of existing Adjudicators and we've already added one or two new guys to the fold as well.
As to your specific questions: "requirements" at this point are minimal until I get everything up and running. I will be altering some of the requirements once I have a team assembled and the time to actually type everything up (this is a part-time job in addition to everything else I have going on). I should have the requirements available shortly.
How long should a demo take? In my experience, a demo should only use approx 200 points per Crew - basically a Starter Set per side - a 2x2 playing area with basic terrain, and be no more than 15-30 minutes. It's all about "teaching" the game... not "playing". If you have a line of people waiting, keep it shorter. If you have no one else showing interest, and the person you're currently demoing to is interested, feel free to drag it out a bit and actually play. It's more beneficial for you, the store, and the game, to have someone scheduled to be running demos to actually be playing it while sitting there in the store rather than sitting looking bored.
At conventions this past Summer we were using the Shadow War box set, minus the two hackers, as the demo game. Renton and some Troopers vs. Hitomi and some Enforcers. We emphasized that "all this, including the graphics for the printable terrain, is available in one box set." If you own Shadow War - it's the perfect demo package! If you do not, I recommend using CSO and APAC crews (same as Shadow War) for demos since the other Crews are a bit more particular (Ronin being all independent models, Dravani being primarily melee with lots of interesting abilities, and Vatacina being primarily Craft). Though recommended, it's not necessary. Ronin is what I use primarily with any other faction.
Under the original program, # of demos in a specific time = % off models ordered directly from Aberrant plus free shipping and fast turn-around. The more you demoed, the more off... from 30 to 40 up to 50% off an order. And from time to time a newsletter was emailed out that included a bit of sneak peek material. That was it.
Coming soon, we'll be offering similar percentages off on purchases but also more sneak peeks, the chance to possibly playtest new Rez units or Saga or maybe even Dungeoneer, plus exclusive items. T-shirts, buttons, minis? Don't know all the details yet but I'm working on them.
Sorry this was long-winded. Hopefully it sparks a little more interest in joining us; and hopefully it answered your questions - at least a little.
