I had a rough time assembling the CSO Troopers from the Shadow War Box Set. Arms and heads did not fit very well. I will putty up the problems so they should look good. The detail on them are very nice.
Another poster had what looks like to me the same issues. In that thread Gimp refers to "Original Sculpt". Are the original sculpts single part or multi part? Are the originals available?

yeah i had the same problem, the heads just dont match up well with the torso as well as the arms.

The newer CSO Trooper sculpts can fit better, but you have to try and search the figures to find the right match ups. I went the simpler route, and mixed them across to get more variety, and filled to cover gaps. That gave me a lot of CSO Troopers, without any duplicate models.

The original CSO Trooper sculpts were simpler castings, with a very different style. Some people really liked them, while others wanted the variety available from the new models. I'm happy with both.

As for availability, I don't know if the original sculpts will be re-released or not. I'd like to see it, if only for online ordering, but I don't know if that would be possible.

I puttied them up. In a little while I will see how they look with a coat of primer.

I'm a fan of the classic CSO troopers. I don't own any Shadow Wars troopers so I can't comment on them. But one of th ebest parts of the gaming hobby is making your models your own.
