I snatched some of the plastic packing banding from a handy nearby source, and that works great for diamond plate. I have some standard sheet styrene for do-it-yerself armor plating. I'd like some armor plating with holes - not necessarily bullet holes (I have a pin vice and can make my own), but holes for vision and such. I've seen some sheets with a lot of small holes in nice, neat rows, but I don't know where to get any.
Any ideas?

Tear some old speaker boxes apart.
They got it as faceplate

I use paper for the hole punched metal. My girlfriend is a cashier and a lot of this paper came in with the cheap paper they use wrap breakables in at the checkout line. You might be able to find some at a craft store in the scrap booking section, or something.
2 different size holes.

Heh - I was sitting here looking at that van after it arrived, that was the inspiration for the question. I want to put some of that stuff on my own cars!
What did you use for the turret in the back?

It's the turret from the rattler gun truck.

Yeah I have something like that as well. I bought a roll of drywall adhesive seam tape for some work on my basement. I save the backing for such applications.
